When we had narrowed out search down to Brandon Woods we found that the market there was very competitive. Faith was able to schedule us as the first to view the property we bought, We made a full-price offer, so negotiating was minimal. She kept on top of all the requirements between signing of the contract and closing. Our purchase was seamless and the sale of our house miraculously speedy, so I can't think of anything more she could have done.

We could not be more pleased with the integrity and professionalism demonstrated by her. In a truly competitive housing market right now, Andrea stayed on top of the home searches with us daily, helping us find a home in Lanexa just outside of the Williamsburg, VA area. Most homes during our 3-month search were accepting offers less than 4 days of the posted listing with multiple offers on the table. Although we made offers on several properties getting discouraged each time we came in just below the winning bid, she remained steadfast and encouraged us to hang in there. It eventually paid off and we are very happy with our new home. Over the last 25 years I have bought and sold two homes with The Sullivans. I met Sully in his rookie year. How he manages to keep all of his clients up to date is beyond me. He is always just a phone call away. Moving, whether coming or going, is always stressful. In making the huge decision of buying or selling a home, one needs to trust their agent implicitly. Sully has earned that trust. I'm now living the good life in Gloucester!

Teresa and Sully were very through with the initial inspection of my home and had indicated some things that needed to be addressed to prepare the house for showing. Had it not been for their keen eyes I’m sure I would have missed many items that needed correction before putting it on the market. As it turned out, I got more than I was asking for. On the down side though, I did have to make some repairs after the inspection in order to close the deal, but I was ok with that and Teresa and Sully helped me thru that process as well. All in all the whole process went smoothly and I did not feel so vulnerable knowing Teresa and Sully were with me and available at all times. I'm now living the good life in Gloucester!

We ran into some problems on the seller's side that delayed closing a week, but Megan completely had my back and was super supportive in helping me figure out the next steps. She was dependable and adaptable. We looked at several homes before finding the one I ended up buying. Once we had made an offer, she was willing to come by the house so we could test GFCIs and take measurements after the inspection but before we closed. At the final walkthrough, the sellers had taken the lockbox earlier than they were supposed to, so Megan drove over to pick the keys up. I really can't imagine going through this experience without her. Such a competent woman, open to communication, and super professional. I am so glad I had her as my realtor.
