Our experience with Kim was perfect from start to finish. Approximately 6 years ago I was
looking to move from New Jersey to the Richmond area which is when I was first introduced to
Kim. At that point we had found a house from someone else to rent but she had made such a
great impression on us that, five years later, when looking to purchase, she was the first and
last person we spoke to. She had and still has such a great vibe. A very positive aura about

The "no surprises" was the best thing ever - inspection and appraisal done not only helps us as home sellers not to have anything we did not expect at the last minute, but I think it helps the buyers not necessarily have to pay for an inspection ...which, when every cent counts these days ..can help in making the deal "Sweeter" to buyers ..hence, our house was sweeter too :)

I cannot say enough good things about Mike! We had a condo on the market for 2 long years (and 3 realtors later until we found him!) and it was a huge stress on my husband and I. Teresa and Sully were very through with the initial inspection of my home and had indicated some things that needed to be addressed to prepare the house for showing. Had it not been for their keen eyes I’m sure I would have missed many items that needed correction before putting it on the market. As it turned out, I got more than I was asking for. On the down side though, I did have to make some repairs after the inspection in order to close the deal, but I was ok with that and Teresa and Sully helped me thru that process as well. All in all the whole process went smoothly and I did not feel so vulnerable knowing Teresa and Sully were with me and available at all times. I’m now living the good life in Gloucester!
