She was friendly, kind, and always available, answering my texts and calls immediately. Although I know she had other clients at the time, she made me feel as if mine were the only one. She worked extremely well with the buyers agent, and negotiated a price that both sides approved. Provided suggestions for people to do needed repairs, moving companies, recommended a wonderful consignment lady who came to the house to pick up items. Meg also delivered some consignment items. She would go to the house to check on things, make sure it was locked, lights turned off, and whatever else needed attention. She helped with the staging which was very well done.
