Team Sullivan absolutely went above and beyond!

They went above and beyond when getting our house prepared to go on the market. I could not have dreamed of a better scenario. The Sullivans teamed up to ensure repairs were done and met delivery personnel at the house whenever needed. My wife and I live out of town and were unable to be there to meet any contractors. Their extensive knowledge of Coventry (or the market) and their willingness to get the job done is very evident. We have worked with Sully and Teresa on several purchases and sales and could not be more impressed with their work! Their knowledge of the market and processes to make the contract happen is unmatched, and they are extremely responsive in every
stage of the process. When we encountered hurdles in the process (as a result of the buyer and his agents), they were quick to jump in, propose solutions, and keep things moving. Although this was not the largest contract we have worked with them, they treated it with the same level of attention and detail as with much larger deals.
