We ran into some problems on the seller's side that delayed closing a week, but Megan completely had my back and was super supportive in helping me figure out the next steps. She was dependable and adaptable. We looked at several homes before finding the one I ended up buying. Once we had made an offer, she was willing to come by the house so we could test GFCIs and take measurements after the inspection but before we closed. At the final walkthrough, the sellers had taken the lockbox earlier than they were supposed to, so Megan drove over to pick the keys up. I really can't imagine going through this experience without her. Such a competent woman, open to communication, and super professional. I am so glad I had her as my realtor.

Where is the option to give more than 5 stars? My husband and I were referred to Kelly and Justine at the beginning of our search for our dream home. We live in Chicago and were planning a move to Virginia. They were the first realtors that we spoke to and we knew instantly that they were the perfect fit for us.
I cannot express enough how incredibly fun, efficient, and knowledgeable they are. Any time we had a question, they answered it immediately. Any time we sent over the link to a house we wanted to see, they booked a showing for as soon as was available. They gave us honest feedback on properties that we on the fence about viewing.
Ultimately, when we came across our absolute dream home, they got us in for a walkthrough right away, helped us navigate making an offer after we fell in love with it, and then called us to celebrate our offer getting accepted, all in the span of about 24 hours.
