What Teresa did that we found most valuable was that the house book available on pdf. and listings on line, photos were excellent, having a partner in Sully was also helpful, so I was never without an answer to a question, paying for staging expert, knowing handyman to fix things and the best home inspection man on the Peninsula (Jamison Brown).
