We have worked with Sully and Teresa on several purchases and sales and could not be more impressed with their work! Their knowledge of the market and processes to make the contract happen is unmatched, and they are extremely responsive in every
stage of the process. When we encountered hurdles in the process (as a result of the buyer and his agents), they were quick to jump in, propose solutions, and keep things moving. Although this was not the largest contract we have worked with them, they treated it with the same level of attention and detail as with much larger deals. They are simply the finest real estate agents we have ever dealt with, and could not recommend them highly enough!

They kept us constantly apprised of what was going on, and were able to coordinate with the various local entities there which was especially helpful for us since we are out of state.

My son, lives in Newport News and I live in Goochland County. I was very apprehensive about him buying his first home without being with him. Debi was fantastic. I can't say enough good things about her. She led him step by step through the process. She not only helped him but continually updated me on how things were going and even answered all of my questions. I have bought and sold three homes with different real estate agents. Never did I feel as free to ask questions. Never did a real estate agent go with me to closing, it was always handled at the lawyers office with no agent. She went above and beyond the normal call of duty finding hidden cost about some of the condominiums that we would never have know about.
