A friend actually recommended Frances to me when I first expressed interest in buying a house because of her knowledge of the homebuying process and her ability to explain each step of the way. And while this wasn't the first house that I've purchased in my life, this was the first time that I had to purchase a house on my own.
Frances asked me to come in on day one so that she could meet me in person, go over the house specs that I was looking for in my price range, and to provide information that I needed to know to start the process. She set me up with my own portal to help make the house hunting easier for both of us.
As we started to tour the houses that I had chosen, Frances provided honest feedback on the properties and my opinions of them, which ultimately guided me to the house that I ended up choosing.

My husband and I should have already written this email to tell you what I’m sure you already know - Vicki Courrier is an awesome Realtor! We are not new to the real estate business or novice home buyers/sellers. We have worked with several realtors in the past; however, we have never had the privilege of working with a realtor like Vicki before. Our transactions took almost one year to complete and Vicki hung in there with us, always staying in touch with us and with the builder and buyer’s agent. She communicated with the builder much better and more often than we did! She also made sure that the mortgage company would renew our rate lock every month. In fact, Blake Carillo at Wells Fargo emailed us about extending the rate lock after one of Vicki’s calls and said we were fortunate to have a Realtor like Vicki!
It is evident that Vicki loves her job! She is motivated to do what is best for her clients - she has great follow-up and communication skills! We never had to wonder about what was going on! And she would always take time to talk if we needed to talk to her (even on Sunday’s). She has even contacted the builder several times to follow through on a few punch list items that they had not completed after closing. So far they have completed one item and have promised full completion very soon! How many realtors would do that??? She will give you real estate advice you can depend on. She is the ultimate professional with the uncanny ability to stay calm under pressure and she always put our real estate needs first. We would rate her an A++!!!
