Debi was simply an amazing agent.

She took a big scary experience I wasn't sure I was ready for and made it easy, and enjoyable. She was almost always available, informative and comforting. We were locked into buying a house, and things were going well until the appraiser came in and valued the house at $20k under what we agreed upon. The sellers backed out, and I had just under four weeks to move. Debi found a better house in a better neighborhood, and got us to close in three weeks. As we work toward closing our third house with Kim Geddis in the past 9 months, we'd just
like to share a few thoughts. We met Kim when we wanted to list our Moseley Road house. This
was a unique property that required a lot of work. Kim is incredibly hardworking! She walked the
property with potential buyers and was always there when the house and property were shown.
Selling a property with acreage and no real comps for the home can be a challenge. Kim never
stopped trying to come up with new ways to market the house. Our mortgage lender was so
impressed with Kim he even had Kim help his own children look for and purchase houses! You
won't find a real agent who works any harder and always with your best interest at heart than
Kim Geddis!

We had looked for a new home for almost 2 full years. We had a very specific property and
new it would take sometime- but the realtor we originally had didnt seem to invest in what we
were looking for. That is where Kim came in. Within 6 months we have moved into our new
home! The key differences I found between Kim and our other realtor - 1. Listening- She
listened to our needs and wants and helped us actively search those out. 2. Attentiveness- Any
property we looked at was researched and she knew what we were walking into. This saved us
a tremendous amount of time and driving. 3. Closing- We had put previous offers on home with
our other realtor and nothing ever came to fruition. With Kim- she makes sure that you not only
understand the offer you are making but the entirety of the process. We were first time buyers
