Since I live an hr away from the house we were selling, I really appreciate Holly being there to meet all of the inspectors and relay all that info to me. JR and I met Pat in the fall of 2005. She was the agent at a house in Clifton Landing. We liked her immediately! She listed our home in Sandy Point, VA the fall of 2005 which sold in March 2006. Although the buyers lawyer gave us rats and cats before closing - Pat kept us calm and closing was a breeze. All documents were in order and there were no surprises. We worked with Pat finding another home in the Northern Neck and in July we bought our home in Drum Point. Again, closing was a breeze as Pat had everything all lined up and there were no problems. I corresponded with John online - about grocery stores and neighborhoods, months before the real work together to find the right house. He was so good to find out my requirements and make recommendations with his online portal. This portal - with the listings I wanted to think about - made me feel connected to the real estate in Williamsburg even though I was far away in France. His on-line blogs and letters written about the community made me aware of his vast knowledge and style. I felt I knew a lot about him and Williamsburg before meeting.
