My wife and I worked with Heather for over 3 months. During this time, not once did she not answer the phone or email. If we needed to talk to her in the evening, she would state that she would call after she took care of her family and then she would help us 'till 10 o'clock at night. No-time was a bad time to Heather!
In the latter part of my career in the military, so many times missions would fail because someone took for granted that the other person "got the email" or "got the text" and would not follow up with a phone call or physically check to see if something was done. Heather does not have that problem. She has an amazing communication ability. She took nothing for granted and would always follow up. If we asked her a question, (and we asked some doozies!) she would quickly follow up with us through email with a phone call confirmation. She would physically go to the property to check on something for us; no matter where the property was. She would ask anybody anything for us, and then follow up with us to see if we needed anything else.
She is just an amazing professional, real estate agent, and now an amazing friend.
