I recently had the unfortunate task of helping my 88-year-old mother transition into assisted living. This was a very emotional and difficult decision to make as it then became my responsibility to prepare and sell her house. I contacted Francis Capriglione to represent me as our realtor and it was the best call I’ve ever made!
From day one, Francis was amazing! She reassured me that she would handle everything and she did. In less than 4 days, Francis had mom’s house cleaned, staged, scheduled an open house and we received an over asking price offer/contract the following day! She negotiated with the buyer’s agent, we agreed on a price, and the house closed in just 14 days at 10k over asking price. Just amazing!
Francis kept me updated on a daily basis. Whether it was the status of closing time and dates, inspections, negotiating through the buyers wants and needs, advice on the staging of the house, recommendations on what items to repair, or just calling with words of encouragement, Frances was a true blessing.
