Selling a property with acreage and no real comps for the home can be a challenge. Kim never

Nan was instrumental in our purchasing a new house and selling our old one. Early in the process, before we had anything specific in mind, she spent time giving advice on what repairs and updates we might want to do before considering selling the house.
