This was a military move, listed on VA home, from MD, moved to TX, never actually met in person. All via internet and cell phone. Easy! I think the best things about Sully and Teresa is that they are honest, wise, and highly professional.

When you had the best realtors working for you, you cannot go back to anyone else! Wow! I knew that they had an excellent reputation from both customers and other realtors (which is highly exceptional) having been a realtor before. We consulted with Sully before putting the house on the market (it was my parent's home and both are now deceased) and he advised us on what needed to be done with the property to make it saleable..ie removing wallpaper, new flooring etc. Everything he told us to do we did and the house sold in less than a week after listing it!

Teresa was absolutely on top of things!

We sold a house and bought a condo. I did EXACTLY what she said to do, and we won all the way around. What Teresa did that we found most valuable was that the house book available on pdf. and listings on line, photos were excellent, having a partner in Sully was also helpful, so I was never without an answer to a question, paying for staging expert, knowing handyman to fix things and the best home inspection man on the Peninsula (Jamison Brown). Words are actually insufficient to express how wonderful Sully & Teresa are!
