My husband and I should have already written this email to tell you what I’m sure you already know - Vicki Courrier is an awesome Realtor! We are not new to the real estate business or novice home buyers/sellers. We have worked with several realtors in the past; however, we have never had the privilege of working with a realtor like Vicki before. Our transactions took almost one year to complete and Vicki hung in there with us, always staying in touch with us and with the builder and buyer’s agent. She communicated with the builder much better and more often than we did! She also made sure that the mortgage company would renew our rate lock every month. In fact, Blake Carillo at Wells Fargo emailed us about extending the rate lock after one of Vicki’s calls and said we were fortunate to have a Realtor like Vicki!
It is evident that Vicki loves her job! She is motivated to do what is best for her clients - she has great follow-up and communication skills! We never had to wonder about what was going on! And she would always take time to talk if we needed to talk to her (even on Sunday’s). She has even contacted the builder several times to follow through on a few punch list items that they had not completed after closing. So far they have completed one item and have promised full completion very soon! How many realtors would do that??? She will give you real estate advice you can depend on. She is the ultimate professional with the uncanny ability to stay calm under pressure and she always put our real estate needs first. We would rate her an A++!!!

weekends, even short notice new listings. We were also very appreciative during the walk-through - she made a list of items and was assisting us with checking on those items to make sure nothing was missed. She also shared lists of contractors she worked with that were reputable and fought for us to keep our USAA lender from getting us charged. She also pushed the title company to be responsive to USAA for the seller to get us in our home as soon as possible.
Even when she was not available and was on vacation, she aligned her mother to support our real estate needs for showings. She was forward-leaning and helpful and answered all our questions as they came up.
We had a wonderful experience - when we list our
property when we move out of the area, we would definitely consider this real estate company.

Since 1988, my wife Karen & I have had 14 different homes; ranging from a beach house on the Florida Panhandle, to a 5 acre ostrich ranch near Boulder, Colorado to a funky little trailer next to the beautiful Rocky Mountain National Park. We bought and sold some ourselves, but mostly we used real estate agents. We’ve kissed a lot of frogs and one princess.
The Princess is Diane. Until we met her a few weeks ago at one of her ubiquitous open houses, we never realized what a great real estate agent should do. Diane was amazing! She did an open house, had a real estate agents “caravan”, prepared a home inspection, had an appraisal done and did a classy virtual tour of our house, after she gave us a list of the things we should do to make our house show better- we even had to buy new towels and fold them “the Diane way”. She was a bundle of energy. We sold our house in 11 days!
