This is our first time buying experience and we are buying across country from Alaska to Virginia. Being military this is SO important to find. During closing, Faith found a duplicative charge on the settlement statement and didn't hesitate to inquire on our behalf. We ended up getting the statement revised, which resulted in a larger amount of money for us–always a good thing when you are the seller! We are so thankful for her assistance and support, and would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for an agent in the greater Williamsburg area!
