We have worked with Sully and Teresa on several purchases and sales and could not be more impressed with their work! Their knowledge of the market and processes to make the contract happen is unmatched, and they are extremely responsive in every
stage of the process. When we encountered hurdles in the process (as a result of the buyer and his agents), they were quick to jump in, propose solutions, and keep things moving. Although this was not the largest contract we have worked with them, they treated it with the same level of attention and detail as with much larger deals. Over the last 25 years I have bought and sold two homes with The Sullivans. I met Sully in his rookie year. I'm now living the good life in Gloucester!

Teresa and Sully were very through with the initial inspection of my home and had indicated some things that needed to be addressed to prepare the house for showing. Had it not been for their keen eyes I’m sure I would have missed many items that needed correction before putting it on the market. As it turned out, I got more than I was asking for. On the down side though, I did have to make some repairs after the inspection in order to close the deal, but I was ok with that and Teresa and Sully helped me thru that process as well.
