Faith Heinen has been great to work with through the whole process of getting the house up for sale. She is very easy to work with, is always available and has spent considerable time on my home sale. I appreciate her input on things that would make my house show well, and suggestions for small changes with big impact. She is fantastic with taking care of all the paperwork involved, all of the details and making sure things happen on schedule. I feel very well represented by Faith and the Liz Moore office. I was also very impressed that the Liz Moore services included a pre-sale home inspection and having a home "stager" come to evaluate and make suggestions on how to make the house look its best. This was amazingly helpful to me, to see my house as a potential buyer would, and I feel it is giving me an edge in the market. In general, my experience, so far, is that both Faith & Liz Moore & Associates are very organized, and have a comprehensive understanding of the real estate market in Williamsburg.

Jennifer was on top of the action and was a tremendous advisor.

She was very helpful in setting the initial asking price. When the house hit the market there was a lot of buyer interest and many showings. The result was 4 cash offers within two days at or above asking price and all waived inspection. When the offer we selected was withdrawn by the buyer, Jennifer arranged a better offer within 10 minutes. That contract closed without a hiccup in 60 days and we’re very pleased with the buyer. She did everything!

What Teresa did that we found most valuable was that the house book available on pdf. and listings on line, photos were excellent, having a partner in Sully was also helpful, so I was never without an answer to a question, paying for staging expert, knowing handyman to fix things and the best home inspection man on the Peninsula (Jamison Brown). Terrific recommendation for a moving company. I will absolutely refer Teresa and Liz Moore & Associates in the future. She just seems to know the answer to everything.
