As first time home buyers, we knew little more than what you can find on the internet - she helped us understand the terminology, our options, what things to be looking for, what should raise red flags, etc. The overall experience of working with her really set the bar for the kind of relationship you should build with the person who is helping you find what could be the home you live in forever - that's a lot of pressure! Her attentiveness to details, remembering what we liked and didn't like about each house we saw (and we saw a LOT!) and her willingness to come at it each meeting with fresh eyes and a new perspective really helped us when we started to lose hope we would ever find our home (in the middle of a pandemic, no less!) I can't say enough about Elaine and how wonderful she was; I truly believe we would not have gotten to the point of purchasing a home if we were working with anyone else. It was such a blessing to work with her!

We needed to sell my mother-in-law's home in Newport News quickly and the single best decision we made was to utilize Brandi and her team. Shavonne is an over-the-top agent. I saw a condemned property and an adjacent empty lot in a highly desirable location. I contacted Shavonne and asked her to find the owners and let know of my interest. She successfully got in communication with the owners of each property. Then, she went to the city to find out if I could do what I planned. This whole process took a couple of months. She was patient, listened to my concerns and made me feel as if my satisfaction was the most important part of the transaction. I have worked with a lot of Realtors and have never had that type of service. She will definitely be assisting me with all my real estate needs. I highly recommend Shavonne.

Faith was extremely communicative ...

and easy to reach at all times during the selling process. She made herself available to us by email, telephone and text, which really made scheduling (whether it was photographs, showings or the inspection) a breeze. Additionally, Faith always made sure that she sent us a reminder email or text before appointments, which kept us prepared and organized during a really busy season of life. During closing, Faith found a duplicative charge on the settlement statement and didn't hesitate to inquire on our behalf. We ended up getting the statement revised, which resulted in a larger amount of money for us–always a good thing when you are the seller! This interaction is symbolic of the type of realtor Faith is: client driven, detail oriented and someone you can trust. We are so thankful for her assistance and support, and would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for an agent in the greater Williamsburg area! After meeting Faith for the first time and explaining that we were not staying in the area (but didn't have solidified plans for what was next), she was quick to offer her support and refer us to another Liz Moore realtor in the area where we were moving. This was such an added bonus because we absolutely adore Brooke (in the Richmond office), who Faith referred us to. She is the perfect match for us and is truly outstanding at what she does!
