Our journey had all the twists and turns, the highs and lows, and the emotional roller coaster that we were warned about by family and friends, but Megan made sure we were prepared, informed and remained excited through it all. Well, as they say, "The third time is the Charm" because we found and fell in LOVE with the ONE. Everything about this house felt like us. Peace from the front door and from room to room covered us, and in that moment we named, prayed and claimed it as Our Home. GOD agreed, and Megan went to work to make sure it was indeed going to be the One. The approval phase is not for the weak and our faith was tested to the extreme at times, but Coach Megan reminded us of the plan we put in place day one, supplied us with all the tools, dried our tears and calmed all fears. She is AMAZING with communication. Every step of this process was explained to the letter and all of our questions/concerns were addressed with vigor, clarity and in a timely manner. The biggest was probably getting us the estimates for wallpaper removal when we were gone...having the estimates allowed us to get a jump on reviewing the estimates and making a decision so we could get the work started upon our return. We interviewed 3 realtors from 3 different companies and we were hapy to say that we picked a winner when we selected Shirley Hammond and Liz Moore and Associates. A job relocation forced us to quickly get our house on the market.
