I can’t recommend Francis Capriglione enough!

I recently had the unfortunate task of helping my 88-year-old mother transition into assisted living. This was a very emotional and difficult decision to make as it then became my responsibility to prepare and sell her house. I contacted Francis Capriglione to represent me as our realtor and it was the best call I’ve ever made!
From day one, Francis was amazing! She reassured me that she would handle everything and she did. In less than 4 days, Francis had mom’s house cleaned, staged, scheduled an open house and we received an over asking price offer/contract the following day! She negotiated with the buyer’s agent, we agreed on a price, and the house closed in just 14 days at 10k over asking price. Just amazing!
Francis kept me updated on a daily basis. Whether it was the status of closing time and dates, inspections, negotiating through the buyers wants and needs, advice on the staging of the house, recommendations on what items to repair, or just calling with words of encouragement, Frances was a true blessing.

This was our second time working with Justine on both the buying and selling side of things. We had high expectations after our phenomenal previous experience and this time she certainly had her work cut out for herself. Not only did the housing market present more challenges, but we now each had two young children instead of just one in the mix. We were looking for our dream home (hopefully our forever home) and had a pretty specific wish list. After losing out on a couple offers, the perfect home popped up on our MLS search. Justine scheduled us a showing the first day available. She continued to move quick and efficiently with persistence and helped us present an offer that evening that was then accepted. The buying experience from there was as smooth as anyone could hope. After getting moved in, we began to focus on getting our old home ready for sale. You could not ask for a better listing agent between setting up the house cleaning and staging, following up on showings, and promoting the listing on social media. After a couple weeks, we were over the moon to accept a full price offer. In contrast to our buying experience, we had constant roadblocks from then until closing. Justine helped to arrange the needed services and had the house ready to close on time after the tight deadline that had been set amid the busy holiday season. When that tight deadline was strained due to complications with the buyer, Justine stayed on top of things while keeping us abreast of the challenges. After a very long two additional weeks, we finally closed. Justine was a rockstar with everything that was thrown at her and we can't thank her enough for going on this crazy ride with us. We're very happy to be settling in into our new home with a bit less craziness now. We'd enthusiastically recommend Justine to our friends and family.

I would like to compliment Bob (Sully) Sullivan for the excellent services provided to my wife & myself during the recent sale of our home in Virginia. An unexpected job opportunity required my quick departure from our home in Newport News. Responding to a referral from a colleague who recently had his home marketed & sold by Sully, I contacted Sully, who immediately visited my home & agreed to act as my REALTOR® Agent. After he completed a market analysis, we agreed on the sales price & strategy to sell the home.
