Cassie and Maryann brought there A game to every showing. They were always ready to answer questions or follow up with us if they didn't know an answer. At showings they would point things out about properties that could have been problems for us. For
example in one house they were quick to point out a sloped floor. This did a lot to build my trust in them. At that point I didn't feel like they were trying to sell me on anything.They helped us in the negotiating process and walked us through the bome buying process. We were first time home buyers so it was a little overwhelming, but Cassie and Maryann made it easier.

Although the buyers lawyer gave us rats and cats before closing - Pat kept us calm and closing was a breeze. All documents were in order and there were no surprises. We worked with Pat finding another home in the Northern Neck and in July we bought our home in Drum Point. Again, closing was a breeze as Pat had everything all lined up and there were no problems. We " High Fived" and said great job! The next time came in March 2020. Pat helped stage our house. She even purchased new brass knobs for the cupboards. Pat pays attention to ALL details! I first met Shavonne at an open house. I was looking to buy my very first home. I have nothing but good things to say about her. She's friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about the industry! I am very picky when it comes to houses and she was very patient and was persistent in trying to find the right style of home for me during a 4 month period. If I had any questions at all she would find the answer and respond within minutes of me contacting her. I constantly switch from day shift to night shift and she was very accommodating and flexible with appointment times. She made sure I understood every tricky step of the process to buying a home.
And last but not least, she got me a viewing for my current home on a day where originally there were no more available viewings.
