Have you ever gone through something like buying a home & thought, "I wish I had a friend who was a realtor that could help me with all of this"? Well, we didn't know Frances when we met her, but she became "that" friend. She was every bit the realtor we hoped for & more. She was very patient with us, very responsive, always available to answer questions. I can't say enough positive things about our experience working with her to find a home. We never felt at any time during the process that we weren't valued & important. Given the market conditions & search criteria, she made it tremendously easy to find a home. We hadn't made a home purchase in over 14 years & this was only our 2nd time buying. we were pretty nervous & felt pretty overwhelmed during the whole process since we started looking a week before COVID shut everything down. Joey was ALWAYS available, to the point I felt bad bothering him some times, like he never took a day off! But any time I needed to reach him, he was always responsive. Second, he took tons of notes, listened, and learned our family from house to house to really develop an understanding of what we wanted. favorite example: we always call our formal dining room our, “sunny room” because it has been taken over by our kids and their toys… having a good “sunny room” space was very important to us. Within a few house visits, Joey picked up on that lingo and began always referring to formal dining rooms as the sunny room whenever we’d visit a house. Things like that set him aside in our minds and made us feel like he was OUR realtor and really on our side. I’d be more than happy to recommend Joey to anyone looking for a realtor.
