When we decided to take our chance with selling our house, multiple agents gave us the value we knew they had seen in Zillow without any actual evaluation.

Tabitha took the time to dig in and research our home, the area, and match it to the market. She layed out her plan, the pros and cons of every option, and set a reasonable expectation for price and timetable to sell.

Tabitha layed out what we could expect to make off each price point and made sure not only that we were comfortable with them, but that we got max value.

She handled every detail with care, over communicated like a pro, and was explicitly clear with what she needed us to do, how to do it, and when she'd need it done by. (Thanks to her, we didn't have much to do). She handled every speed bump and road block in a timely matter, was up front, honest, and always a call away.

The process from start to end was as smooth as you could ever hope it to be and Our final sale was more than $50k what other agents with other groups had estimated!
