My husband and I loved working with Sully and Teresa. They are very professional and very nice people. To begin with, we tried selling our home before unsuccessfully. Then my husband did some research and hired Sully and Teresa. They arranged the photo session with staging, which turned out to be much better than our previous one. We received a few offers before house showed up on Zillow and such. It was the first week of house being on the market. Throughout the process they were very helpful. What makes them stand out, is that they are not afraid of giving an advice. They would tell us their honest opinion about any offer or any decision we need to make. Team Sullivan absolutely went above and beyond!

They went above and beyond when getting our house prepared to go on the market. I could not have dreamed of a better scenario. The Sullivans teamed up to ensure repairs were done and met delivery personnel at the house whenever needed. My wife and I live out of town and were unable to be there to meet any contractors. Their extensive knowledge of Coventry (or the market) and their willingness to get the job done is very evident. This was a military move, listed on VA home, from MD, moved to TX, never actually met in person. All via internet and cell phone. Easy! Guaranteed sale, had an 18-month history of 100%, sales for all listings; despite our hesitation, they listed higher than we thought would sell and we got an offer within 2 weeks, closed - 3 weeks later. We sold a house and bought a condo. I did EXACTLY what she said to do, and we won all the way around. What Teresa did that we found most valuable was that the house book available on pdf. and listings on line, photos were excellent, having a partner in Sully was also helpful, so I was never without an answer to a question, paying for staging expert, knowing handyman to fix things and the best home inspection man on the Peninsula (Jamison Brown). I'm now living the good life in Gloucester!

Teresa and Sully were very through with the initial inspection of my home and had indicated some things that needed to be addressed to prepare the house for showing. Had it not been for their keen eyes I’m sure I would have missed many items that needed correction before putting it on the market. As it turned out, I got more than I was asking for. On the down side though, I did have to make some repairs after the inspection in order to close the deal, but I was ok with that and Teresa and Sully helped me thru that process as well. All in all the whole process went smoothly and I did not feel so vulnerable knowing Teresa and Sully were with me and available at all times. I’m now living the good life in Gloucester!
