Teresa and Sully were very through with the initial inspection of my home and had indicated some things that needed to be addressed to prepare the house for showing. Had it not been for their keen eyes I’m sure I would have missed many items that needed correction before putting it on the market. As it turned out, I got more than I was asking for. On the down side though, I did have to make some repairs after the inspection in order to close the deal, but I was ok with that and Teresa and Sully helped me thru that process as well. All in all the whole process went smoothly and I did not feel so vulnerable knowing Teresa and Sully were with me and available at all times. I’m now living the good life in Gloucester!

We live in Texas, and I visited Newport News once to look for houses. Debi took me to half a dozen, at my pace, which was quick and efficient. By the time I left, I knew the neighborhoods and the housing market well. When I left, Debi acted as my eyes and ears, taking videos of half a dozen houses for me and sending them to me. She was so thorough that my wife and I made an offer on a house without having physically seen it. The house needed work after the inspection. Debi worked with me to make amendments to the contract. She was quick, attentive, and precise. She arranged for contractors to do the work, letting them into the house and updating me on their progress. I always knew what was going on, and Debi was on top of everything. She negotiated for us, worked for us, and communicated with us.
