We had a very special/complicated buying situation, but Brandi adopted the challenge and made sure the process was painless and enjoyable! We had a number of fire drills that Brandi was able to handle with speed, precision, and with minimal involvement from us. Not only does she excel at her job, but she creates an impenetrable sense of comradery between herself and her clients. Buying a home with Brandi was like spending time with a good friend - she always made herself available, whether is it was early morning, late night, weekends, etc. She absorbed so much of our stress as first-time buyers, so that we were able to actually take pleasure in buying a home! Denise is the very definition of someone who goes above and beyond!

I could never have sold that house long distance without her. She stuck with it and was compassionate, honest, and real the whole way.
My father died last summer and I needed to sell his house in Williamsburg, VA - but I live in Seattle. His friend suggested I call Denise and it was the best advice! It was a difficult property because my dad had been taking care of my bed-ridden step mom for many years, and hadnâ€™t had the energy to stay on top of things with the house. Many things came up that I couldnâ€™t do from a distance, things that would normally be the home owner/sellerâ€™s responsibility. Denise stepped up every time as if it was her own house, as if I was a member of her own family who needed help. She checked on the property after storms, arranged a house cleaner to come when needed (and cleaned some things herself), helped me figure out ways to clear out the strong cigarette smoke smell, met with contractors, sent me lots of photos, and a million other details Iâ€™m forgetting now. It was a slog, but she stuck with it and persisted until we sold the house. She was patient and professional, helped me take things step by step, and stayed positive. Also Dorene in your contractor concierge dept. was a great help in finding contractors when repairs were needed. That was an invaluable service, thank you so much!

Kenny was an excellent Realtor for us as we explored new home possibilities and when we found one, was 100% looking towards our best interest. He was very attentive to questions, concerns, and his response time was amazingly rapid. Every question we had along the way he was able to answer, and he walked with us during the entire buying process. In addition, he was punctual for all showings, inspections and meetings and truly listened to us as if he was selling to his own family.
