Over the last 25 years I have bought and sold two homes with The Sullivans. I met Sully in his rookie year. Even then, he explained everything I didn't know that I needed to know starting with buyer's agent and seller's agent and why it is important. How he manages to keep all of his clients up to date is beyond me. He is always just a phone call away. Moving, whether coming or going, is always stressful. The Sullivans have helped me glide through three moves and a rental, each one different in unusual circumstances. They always come up with quick, viable solutions as needed. In making the huge decision of buying or selling a home, one needs to trust their agent implicitly. Sully has earned that trust.
