Cheri has a ton of experience as a realtor and extensive knowledge of the area and houses. As first time home buyers, we found her to be a very valuable resource, able to answer our many questions in detail. We're probably the rare family who skipped the starter home and went straight to buying our "forever home" so we found this aspect particularly helpful.

Her staging of the house was exquisite. She really brought out the best qualities of the home, and made the closing feel very special. I would definitely use her again, but thanks to her, I probably won't need to!

The house is amazing! It really is awesome. We have breakfast every morning on the screened porch. We love the master bath, the kitchen, the office, etc. The neighborhood and surrounding area (bike path, parks, etc.) are also great. I could go on and on. I recently spoke to a co-worker that recently purchased a home in Maryland. I wonâ€™t go into details, but he didnâ€™t have a great buying experience and part of that was his agent. It was a strong reminder of how fortunate we were to have such a great agent helping us.
