Tabitha was such a pleasure to work with—she is patient, thorough, professional, and very personable. I began my search over the summer as a young first time homebuyer and wasn’t too sure of the process; I even paused my search for a few months due to the market. She remained communicative the entire time, and helped educate me on items and options throughout the process. Not once did I feel pressured or rushed—which was very much appreciated as I sorted some items out and tried to determine the best route forward. Once we found a property, she was on top of everything with inspections, the seller, and my lender which made my life a lot easier during a normally (I would imagine) stressful process.

If you’re a FTHB, I would definitely recommend meeting with Tabitha. She goes above and beyond, and was truly phenomenal to work with.

Although the selling process was more complicated than I had anticipated, she made everything as easy for me as possible. There aren’t enough words to describe just how amazing Steve is. We’re moving closer to home, and he just made the process so easy and was very supportive.
