I have worked with other realtors in the past and never experienced such passion and personal investment to make sure all goes well for her clients. Her attention to details was evident throughout the process. Karen even provided staging items when needed. She gave us an action plan and organized notebook, complete with vital documents and information for our records. I've seen her pull weeds and even brought along her own leaf blower for extra curb appeal! Throughout the the process, she surprised me and was a complete delight. Tabitha was such a pleasure to work with—she is patient, thorough, professional, and very personable. I began my search over the summer as a young first time homebuyer and wasn’t too sure of the process; I even paused my search for a few months due to the market. She remained communicative the entire time, and helped educate me on items and options throughout the process. Not once did I feel pressured or rushed—which was very much appreciated as I sorted some items out and tried to determine the best route forward. Once we found a property, she was on top of everything with inspections, the seller, and my lender which made my life a lot easier during a normally (I would imagine) stressful process.

If you’re a FTHB, I would definitely recommend meeting with Tabitha. She goes above and beyond, and was truly phenomenal to work with.
