Debi will work for you in the best way. We lived in Texas, and Debi went to houses we selected, took videos, and sent them to us. She helped us negotiate a price just hundreds below the next highest bidder. She worked directly with me to amend the contract for inspection repairs. Her recommendations were always right on. She arranged for local, trustworthy (and inexpensive!) contractors to come out to the house and prepare estimates and do repairs. She responded to texts and emails way past business hours. She solved problems for us as they came up with minimal effort on our part. I am very skeptical about real estate agents, but Debi earned my trust and acted in my best interest the whole time. 5 Star Rating!

Shirley is an absolute bulldog...with the exception of a bulldog's 'looks'. She is absolutely tenacious on behalf of her client in pursuing the client's best interests. Beyond that, Shirley realls 'knows' her clients ~ she knew the first house we saw and 'wanted' wasn't for us...in part, I could tell that from the blood that was trickling down from her biting down on her lips so hard as were working to put in an offer.
