I realized the caliber of what Vicki does when looking at how the buyer’s agent handled their side of the sale of our house. Over the last 25 years I have bought and sold two homes with The Sullivans. I met Sully in his rookie year. Even then, he explained everything I didn't know that I needed to know starting with buyer's agent and seller's agent and why it is important. How he manages to keep all of his clients up to date is beyond me. He is always just a phone call away. Moving, whether coming or going, is always stressful. The Sullivans have helped me glide through three moves and a rental, each one different in unusual circumstances. They always come up with quick, viable solutions as needed. In making the huge decision of buying or selling a home, one needs to trust their agent implicitly. Sully has earned that trust. This last go round will be our last in the real estate market but I will always consider The Sullivans among my best friends.

Gayle is an amazing Realtor, as our journey to find a "perfect" home and sell our current home was a hard one and felt like it took forever. However, from day 1 she was nothing but impressive and dedicated to our needs/desires. The first step was getting the house ready to show. She came over with tons of decorations/props in order to spruce the place up a bit. She even made suggestions on what to fix/keep in mind during the process.
