My family and I had been searching for a home for over 1 1/2 years. This is not the norm I
know, but we had special needs. The home had to have separation for my daughter and myself,
had to give us a craft room and had to have the right land for my horses and our pets. Now I
have to say that during the majority of that time we had another realtor and felt like we were
doing all the work. Kim listened to our needs and gave us the leads we needed to find the right
