Justine is smart, helpful, resourceful and a go getter. I knew she would get me through his tough market and help me find what I was looking for and make sure I didn't get lost with all the jargon and details. Liz Moore, Allison W. in particular, is an amazing property management group and I highly recommend. We were nervous about renting our house when we moved overseas but Allison answered every question and made me feel comfortable and confidant in our choice to allow tenants. This house is our "forever" house and I was afraid to rent to just anyone. Allison assured us they would take care of our home, find quality tenants and ensure any issues were properly managed. She did all this and more, finding great tenants THE DAY WE LISTED and has been holding my hand through the whole process ever since. Tom and I have always loved the Gloucester area and the York River. We dreamed about having a vacation home that would eventually be our retirement home. A few years back, we called Cheri Nice whose name was on a real estate sign in a yard that we saw from the bough of our boat. We left a message for Cheri who called us back before we sailed out of the cove. We looked at the house with her 2 hours later. The house was not a good match for us but Cheri Nice was the perfect match. Cheri showed us a few places, which we determined together, might be our dream-come-true home. After 3 or 4 more showings we put a contract in on a place that we adore. Now, a decade later, we haven't moved in permanently but we are looking forward to it everyday.
