I have worked with other realtors in the past and never experienced such passion and personal investment to make sure all goes well for her clients. Her attention to details was evident throughout the process. Karen even provided staging items when needed. She gave us an action plan and organized notebook, complete with vital documents and information for our records. I've seen her pull weeds and even brought along her own leaf blower for extra curb appeal! Throughout the the process, she surprised me and was a complete delight.
