I was also very impressed that the Liz Moore services included a pre-sale home inspection and having a home "stager" come to evaluate and make suggestions on how to make the house look its best. Getting us set up before we even arrived for our trip to buy a house (we were coming from out of town). She took the time to get to know us, see our house (through photos) in Florida and send us links to view houses online, so we could narrow down the ones we wanted to see in person. Once we arrived, we had two and half days. Lisa had everything very organized and we were able to see everything we needed to see. She was fabulous throughout the whole process--very attentive and handled things for us. Can't think of a thing--she thought of things before we did. She was easily available at any time. Additionally, after the buyer inspection, there were a number of items on the inspection report to be addressed and the buyer was asking for money at closing. As a seller, we did not feel the items were relevant, however Maryann suggested instead of saying no, that she would cover the fixes and prepared an addendum that was suitable for the buyer and us. this helped give us peace of mind and allowed the sale to proceed as scheduled.
