My experience with John Womeldorf has been exceptional. Certainly he is extremely warm and personable. But, probably more important, he has been extremely responsive and well informed. He has been quick to provide answers (from developers and others) and documentation (such as the many pages of Rules and Regulations in New Town), as we considered several properties. His computer expertise has eased the receipt and dissemination of information, including the scanning of executed documents that I can send along to my attorney. John's presentation of past sales, viewed on the screen in your conference room and then printed out, allowed me to make a well informed offer on a property in New Town.
John has a unique ability to look at property through the eyes of his client. His support was especially good for someone considering a purchase from far away. Virtual tours of properties and many digital photographs of interiors, exteriors, and neighborhoods arrived on my laptop and allowed me to have a much better sense of each property in advance of my visit.
Overall, John made me feel as though I was his only client and that he had all the time in the world to find me a property that I would love. We both know better than that. I am sure that he is serving a multitude of clients for your firm with the same incredible efforts.
