She researched so many houses in the area and went with us on what seemed like an endless list of house showings and sometimes back to a house multiple times. She was so patient with us as it was very hard for me to make a decision as she had found us so many good options. I never knew what a long complicated process it was to buy a house but Heather was able to walk us through it and she kept me informed on everything going on. She was able to tell me ahead of time what paperwork was needed so that by the time the bank/loan company needed it, the paperwork was already put together and ready to give them.
