He has been quick to provide answers (from developers and others) and documentation (such as the many pages of Rules and Regulations in New Town), as we considered several properties. His computer expertise has eased the receipt and dissemination of information, including the scanning of executed documents that I can send along to my attorney. John's presentation of past sales, viewed on the screen in your conference room and then printed out, allowed me to make a well informed offer on a property in New Town.
John has a unique ability to look at property through the eyes of his client. His support was especially good for someone considering a purchase from far away. Virtual tours of properties and many digital photographs of interiors, exteriors, and neighborhoods arrived on my laptop and allowed me to have a much better sense of each property in advance of my visit.
Overall, John made me feel as though I was his only client and that he had all the time in the world to find me a property that I would love. We both know better than that. I am sure that he is serving a multitude of clients for your firm with the same incredible efforts.

John helped us buy our first house. We had just moved to the area from the other side of the country and really relied on John's knowledge of the market and the area. All of his advise was dead on. He told us in advance that many of the houses we had chosen to look at (based on online ads) were probably not what we were looking for, but he took us to all the houses anyway and in every case he was right on. We ended up choosing a for sale by owner and John made the closing process so smooth. John made recommendations for mortgage companies, insurance and home warranties. We researched all the options and in every case ended up going with who he recommended because they were the best option. He even helped the sellers find contractors for repairs. They said that they felt he earned his commission and told us they were glad we chose him.
