I would recommend Denise in a heartbeat - we were moving from across the country to Williamsburg and had to do a lot of legwork long distance. Once we were able to come into town for a short house hunting trip (3 days), she devoted her undivided attention to us showing us probably close to 20-25 houses in a two day span, one of which we ended up putting an offer in on. From that point, she facilitated the whole process for us locally, including finding someone to cut our grass! Tracey was excellent! She was available to me whenever I had a question and was patient in answering all of my questions. Tracey agreed to purchase a one year home warranty when the seller refused to replace an outdated heat pump and hot water heater. The heat pump was not working when the home inspection was done.
Tracey also helped negotiate during a very tough process as the seller was not willing to negotiate or accept any of my (the buyer) request. Tracey was kind, but knowledgeable about what needed to happen and coach everyone through the process of negotiation. Tracey went over and beyond in everything she did as an agent.

I cannot express enough how incredibly fun, efficient, and knowledgeable they are. Any time we had a question, they answered it immediately.
