Mrs. Moorefield is by far the best realtor that my wife and I have ever used to sell and buy our properties.
She sold our house in a down market in roughly 4 months and helped us into a rental until our next purchase.
She then helped us buy a 'short sell' in 3 months. And in the process of our purchase she found every possible way to get us the best deal possible. All the while uncovering that the house we bought had a 'Title' issue that was not discovered by past agents dealing with this for mentioned house.
