She’s so knowledgeable & was supportive & helpful every step of the way. EVERYTHING was valuable!! We had a very unique situation here that I’m sure has not been seen or heard of before. As soon as issues came up Tammy was right there by my side. Being from out of state made things more difficult but Tammy made me feel like I was right there. For awhile, nothing was going right as far as addressing issues coming up with the house(repairs & updating). I was getting so stressed & frustrated with the whole situation, breaking down & crying too. But, then all I had to do was talk to Tammy & she just jumped into action to help on the local level & made everything ok again. She definitely went above & beyond with the sale of my house. She would say “it’s part of my job”. I told her I disagree & that she’s my angel. and easy to reach at all times during the selling process. She made herself available to us by email, telephone and text, which really made scheduling (whether it was photographs, showings or the inspection) a breeze. Additionally, Faith always made sure that she sent us a reminder email or text before appointments, which kept us prepared and organized during a really busy season of life. During closing, Faith found a duplicative charge on the settlement statement and didn't hesitate to inquire on our behalf. We ended up getting the statement revised, which resulted in a larger amount of money for us–always a good thing when you are the seller! This interaction is symbolic of the type of realtor Faith is: client driven, detail oriented and someone you can trust.
