We ran into some problems on the seller's side that delayed closing a week, but Megan completely had my back and was super supportive in helping me figure out the next steps. She was dependable and adaptable. We looked at several homes before finding the one I ended up buying. Once we had made an offer, she was willing to come by the house so we could test GFCIs and take measurements after the inspection but before we closed. At the final walkthrough, the sellers had taken the lockbox earlier than they were supposed to, so Megan drove over to pick the keys up. I really can't imagine going through this experience without her. Such a competent woman, open to communication, and super professional. I am so glad I had her as my realtor.

An unexpected job opportunity required my quick departure from our home in Newport News. Responding to a referral from a colleague who recently had his home marketed & sold by Sully, I contacted Sully, who immediately visited my home & agreed to act as my REALTOR® Agent. After he completed a market analysis, we agreed on the sales price & strategy to sell the home.
