I closed on this house in short period of time because she worked diligently. There were several evenings where she had sent me messages to keep me in the loop about what she and the seller were negotiating. Frances was great to work with and I knew that I was in good hands from the start. Megan was absolutely wonderful. I was a first time home buyer, and Megan made the process so much easier. We ran into some problems on the seller's side that delayed closing a week, but Megan completely had my back and was super supportive in helping me figure out the next steps. She was dependable and adaptable. We looked at several homes before finding the one I ended up buying. Once we had made an offer, she was willing to come by the house so we could test GFCIs and take measurements after the inspection but before we closed. At the final walkthrough, the sellers had taken the lockbox earlier than they were supposed to, so Megan drove over to pick the keys up. I really can't imagine going through this experience without her. Such a competent woman, open to communication, and super professional. I am so glad I had her as my realtor.
