Even after three years, my husband and I still stay in touch with Toby. He's always quick to respond to any questions we might have. He's come by our house to assess our value after we made some improvements. He gave us advice on making additional improvements (which would increase the value of our house and which ones wouldn't). He's consulted us when we were considering selling our house or renting it, and buying another. He actually recommended we stay put, even though there was nothing in it for him. He's always willing to discuss the current market with me, which I like to do from time to to time just to stay informed. He's just a great person to know!
