My family and I had been searching for a home for over 1 1/2 years. This is not the norm I
know, but we had special needs. The home had to have separation for my daughter and myself,

home. We were a challenge I am sure, but Kim stuck by us through all the this isn't right, that's

line with what we were looking for. When we showed an interest in a house she knew what
questions to ask to make sure it would fit our needs before we went to look at it and was very up
front with conditions and layout. She traveled with us all over the Richmond area and never
flinched when we asked to look in Mechanicsville and then Amelia and Powhatan and
everywhere in between. she is well aware of market trends and what buyers are looking for. I
