Tom and I have always loved the Gloucester area and the York River. We dreamed about having a vacation home that would eventually be our retirement home. A few years back, we called Cheri Nice whose name was on a real estate sign in a yard that we saw from the bough of our boat. We left a message for Cheri who called us back before we sailed out of the cove. We looked at the house with her 2 hours later. Teresa and Sully were very through with the initial inspection of my home and had indicated some things that needed to be addressed to prepare the house for showing. Had it not been for their keen eyes I’m sure I would have missed many items that needed correction before putting it on the market. As it turned out, I got more than I was asking for. On the down side though, I did have to make some repairs after the inspection in order to close the deal, but I was ok with that and Teresa and Sully helped me thru that process as well. All in all the whole process went smoothly and I did not feel so vulnerable knowing Teresa and Sully were with me and available at all times. I'm now living the good life in Gloucester!
