Have you ever gone through something like buying a home & thought, "I wish I had a friend who was a realtor that could help me with all of this"? Well, we didn't know Frances when we met her, but she became "that" friend. She was every bit the realtor we hoped for & more. She was very patient with us, very responsive, always available to answer questions. I can't say enough positive things about our experience working with her to find a home. We never felt at any time during the process that we weren't valued & important. Given the market conditions & search criteria, she made it tremendously easy to find a home. We hadn't made a home purchase in over 14 years & this was only our 2nd time buying. we were pretty nervous & felt pretty overwhelmed during the whole process since we started looking a week before COVID shut everything down. Our experience with Kim was perfect from start to finish. Approximately 6 years ago I was
looking to move from New Jersey to the Richmond area which is when I was first introduced to
Kim. At that point we had found a house from someone else to rent but she had made such a
great impression on us that, five years later, when looking to purchase, she was the first and
last person we spoke to. She had and still has such a great vibe. A very positive aura about
herself which we instantly fell in love with. My wife and i had done some preliminary numbers
