My wife and I were selling our home in Hampton, Virginia from out of state, and this property needed significant repairs and updates inside and out after being a rental for the past 15 years. They even oversaw landscaping improvements and kept the property maintained right through closing.

During closing, Faith found a duplicative charge on the settlement statement and didn't hesitate to inquire on our behalf.
