I'm now living the good life in Gloucester!

Teresa and Sully were very through with the initial inspection of my home and had indicated some things that needed to be addressed to prepare the house for showing. Had it not been for their keen eyes I’m sure I would have missed many items that needed correction before putting it on the market. As it turned out, I got more than I was asking for. On the down side though, I did have to make some repairs after the inspection in order to close the deal, but I was ok with that and Teresa and Sully helped me thru that process as well. All in all the whole process went smoothly and I did not feel so vulnerable knowing Teresa and Sully were with me and available at all times. I'm now living the good life in Gloucester!

Team Sullivan absolutely went above and beyond!

They went above and beyond when getting our house prepared to go on the market. I could not have dreamed of a better scenario. The Sullivans teamed up to ensure repairs were done and met delivery personnel at the house whenever needed. My wife and I live out of town and were unable to be there to meet any contractors. We sold a house and bought a condo. I did EXACTLY what she said to do, and we won all the way around. What Teresa did that we found most valuable was that the house book available on pdf. and listings on line, photos were excellent, having a partner in Sully was also helpful, so I was never without an answer to a question, paying for staging expert, knowing handyman to fix things and the best home inspection man on the Peninsula (Jamison Brown). Terrific recommendation for a moving company. I will absolutely refer Teresa and Liz Moore & Associates in the future. She just seems to know the answer to everything.

An unexpected job opportunity required my quick departure from our home in Newport News. Responding to a referral from a colleague who recently had his home marketed & sold by Sully, I contacted Sully, who immediately visited my home & agreed to act as my REALTOR® Agent. After he completed a market analysis, we agreed on the sales price & strategy to sell the home. I knew Sully and Teresa were good...I had NO IDEA they were this good! I have a new respect and appreciation for their skill.

Grandpa Sully even took care of our baby while we went to closing. Our son loves him some Sully, no surprise there.
